Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in any related-course to Business or Advertising or Marketing

- Some experience in Social Media Management
- Digital savvy. Very comfortable in using technology, apps, and gadgets

Job Description
- Develops marketing and brand strategies to support organizational objectives.
- Contributes to the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Works collaboratively with all other operational teams identify and support marketing plans.
- Conceptualizes and executes marketing creative.
- Tracks, monitors, and evaluates results for specific marketing programs and campaigns, to determine ROI and support the development and refinement of future marketing plans.
- Implements online marketing campaigns to generate new leads and trials, including email marketing, SEO, SEM (paid search), Social Media Management (SMM) and Social Media Ads
- Manages current and new marketing programs, with emphasis on testing to optimize the effectiveness of campaigns.

Account Executive
Job Description:
- Client acquisition.
- Account servicing.
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Follow up on new and hot leads, repeat business, and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- 1-2 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales – Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent is a plus.
- Must have strong communication skills and above average comprehension, IT knowledge and website sales is a plus, and can do field related works.
- Quick learner and creative.
- Self-driven and highly motivated.

Junior Customer Care Specialist
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational/Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering (Computer) or equivalent
- Knowledge in troubleshooting computer hardware and software
- With excellent English communication and client servicing skills.
- Willing to learn new skills and flexible enough to adapt to a dynamic working environment

- Previous technical support experience is a plus
Job Description:
- Will be responsible in providing distinctive customer support experience to established clients.
