Job Description

  • Develops marketing and brand strategies to support organizational objectives.
  • Contributes to the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Works collaboratively with all other operational teams identify and support marketing plans.
  • Conceptualizes and executes marketing creative.
  • Tracks, monitors, and evaluates results for specific marketing programs and campaigns, to determine ROI and support the development and refinement of future marketing plans.
  • Implements online marketing campaigns to generate new leads and trials, including email marketing, SEO, SEM (paid search), Social Media Management (SMM) and Social Media Ads
  • Manages current and new marketing programs, with emphasis on testing to optimize the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Assists in efforts to strengthen the iManila brand identity, awareness, and consistency. Be the “brand champion.”
  • Updates brand identity standards and ensure consistent execution across the organization.
  • Product development by creating different packages for service (SEO, SEM, SMM, etc).
  • This will also include developing bespoke projects for Key accounts that may include all of the different services.
Job Description:
- Client acquisition.
- Account servicing.
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Follow up on new and hot leads, repeat business, and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.

Minimum Qualifications:
- At least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- 1-2 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales – Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent is a plus.
- Must have strong communication skills and above average comprehension, IT knowledge and website sales is a plus, and can do field related works.
- Quick learner and creative.
- Self-driven and highly motivated.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational/Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering (Computer) or equivalent
  • Knowledge in troubleshooting computer hardware and software
  • With excellent English communication and client servicing skills.
  • Willing to learn new skills and flexible enough to adapt to a dynamic working environment
  • Apply job knowledge to provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Previous technical support experience is a plus

Job Description:

  • Will be responsible in providing distinctive customer support experience to established clients.
  • Acknowledge, evaluate and appropriately handle incoming calls, email or chat from clients.
  • Provide technical support such as password resets, email configuration, and other hosting related support inquiries.
  • Support established business users to understand issues, develop root cause analysis and work with the team for the development of enhancements/fixes.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Will coordinate with assigned Sr. Specialist for proper escalation.
  • Monitoring of:
    • Service uptime
    • Server load
    • Spam monitoring
    • Account management for:
      • Service renewals of hosting services.
      • Documentation and endorsement of after project concerns.
  • Proactively identifying technology or process problems working with problem management to resolve.
  • Familiarization of products and services.
  • May perform other duties as necessary or assigned.
