Account Executive

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably majors in Communications, Public Relations, English or Journalism at an accredited college or university
  • Knowledge of media communication and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media
  • Knowledge and ability to write relevant and intriguing content and copy
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Flexible in work functions and duties
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Communicate effectively in both written and verbal
  • Strict adherence to deadlines
  • Superior skills in research, communication, writing, and editing

IT Helpdesk

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or equivalent
  • Hardware:

    • Highly skilled in installing, repairing and troubleshooting computer hardware and peripherals (including Windows-based PC, Macintosh Apple platforms)
    • Working knowledge of modern networking devices and printers
    • Demonstrated ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics
    • Extensive experience in backup and image management software
    • Proficient in working with end-users remotely
    • Effective skills in supporting server-room team

  • Software/Customer Care:

    • Knowledge in LINUX, UNIX, SQL is a PLUS
    • Outstanding communication skills to relate with clients, team members and support workers
    • Must be proficient in network and internet connectivity
    • Must be able to assist and handle client’s complaint properly

  • At least 2-3 years of working experience is required for this position
  • Applicants must be willing to work in F. Ortigas Jr. Rd., Ortigas Center

Competencies:

  • Will handle computer hardware and software maintenance/troubleshooting (Windows/LINUX)
  • Will provide technical/onsite support to customers of an established client over the phone, email, chat, and remote.
  • Monitoring and handling of issues and concerns with the core servers properly
