iManila’s Refund Policy covers requests and claims made within 30 calendar days from receipt of payment of iManila’s services. All requests and claims made beyond 30 calendar days from the date of initial payment are NOT covered by this Refund Policy and will be covered by the Pre-Termination Clause as stated in your contract.
Below are our list of services and the corresponding refunds associated with each:
Full refund: A full refund of the paid amount will NOT be applicable for this service.
Partial refund: In cases where the project has not yet been started and only a kick-off meeting has been initiated, a partial refund will be applicable and will be computed based on the proportion of work completed and subject to man-hour charges incurred on top of a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of initial amount paid.
No refunds: For claims made beyond 30 calendar days from receipt of payment; In cases where the project has been completed and deployed to a server, regardless if fully published or on a developmental staging site.
Full refund: A full refund of the paid amount will NOT be applicable for this service.
Partial refund: A partial refund will be issued as per the judgment of iManila and if we fail to complete the project in accordance with the delivery policy and contract of agreement. The amount will be calculated by iManila taking into account the proportion of the project completed and the proportion yet to be completed as per the pre-defined scope of the project.
No refunds: For claims made beyond 30 calendar days from receipt of payment; In cases where the project has been completed and deployed to a server, regardless if fully published or on a developmental staging site.
Full refund: A full refund of the paid amount will NOT be applicable for this service.
Partial refund: In cases where the project has not yet been started and only a kick-off meeting has been initiated, a partial refund will be applicable and will be computed based on the proportion of work completed and subject to man-hour charges incurred on top of a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of amount paid.
No refunds: For claims made beyond 30 calendar days from receipt of payment; If the project has been completed and the final draft is subject to client’s approval.
Full or partial refund: A full or partial refund of the paid amount will NOT be applicable for this service.
No refunds: For claims made beyond 30 calendar days from receipt of payment, request for termination will automatically cancel the service. Refer to the Pre-Termination Clause in your contract.
Full refund: A full refund of the paid amount will NOT be applicable for this service.
Partial refund: In cases where the project has not yet been started and only a kick-off meeting has been initiated or in cases where we are unable to run campaigns due to unexpected changes in ads policies of Google/Meta/LinkedIn, a partial refund will be applicable and will be computed based on the proportion of work completed and subject to man-hour charges incurred on top of a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of amount paid. Unconsumed ad budgets or consumable amounts will be refunded in full.
No refunds: For claims made beyond 30 calendar days from receipt of payment, the Pre-Termination Clause stated in your contract will apply.
Full or partial refund: A full or partial refund of the paid amount will NOT be applicable for this service.
No refunds: For claims made beyond 30 calendar days from receipt of payment, request for termination will automatically cancel the service. Refunds are not applicable for this service.
Refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the date of request and will be delivered using the method of payment agreed upon at the beginning of the project ie: refund by check or refund by cash or bank deposit.
iManila, may amend this policy without prior notice under its sole discretion. Please review this policy periodically. Your continued acceptance of iManila’s services after any such amendments automatically implies your acceptance of the same thereof.
