How to Turn Off Email Greylisting

Making sure emails from unfamiliar senders get to your inbox

Greylisting is a security feature that keeps spam out of your email users’ inboxes by temporarily restricting any emails from unknown senders.

Greylisting can be turned off from your cPanel account if you aren’t getting emails from a particular domain.

Simply navigate to the Email area of your cPanel and select Configure Greylisting:

To turn off greylisting for a domain, select it and set its status to Off:

This is one of many possible solutions for receiving emails from any domain to your inbox.
