How to set up more FTP accounts in cPanel
Having multiple FTP accounts is an excellent idea if you plan on having multiple users access the files on your website. By limiting the new account’s access to just particular folders, you can further limit what it can do.
Click the FTP Accounts option after opening your cPanel account to create a new FTP account:
The Add FTP Account section appears on the top of the page. Here, you can configure your new FTP account’s username, password, custom directory, and quota in addition to selecting a domain:
FTP accounts are easy to delete when they are created in the FTP Accounts section:
